Scot Faulkner advises corporations and governments on leadership and change. "Naked Emperors", his Congressional memoir, was a critically acclaimed best seller. He served as the first Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the U.S. House of Representatives. He also served on the White House staff, and held executive positions with the Federal Aviation Administration, General Services Administration, and Peace Corps. In the private sector, he was Global Practice Leader for the American Management Association and Vice President of Philip Crosby Associates. He is a columnist for Newsmax. His articles on leadership, management, and health innovation are published in The Sunday Guardian of India, The New York Daily News, The Washington Times, The Washington Examiner, and Politico. He appears on ABC, CNN, CSPAN, FOX, NPR, PBS, VOA, and talk radio. Mr. Faulkner earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Lawrence University. He studied at the London School of Economics and Georgetown University.
